Sure this is Reactive Dog Class, but Shelly and Buddy are simply out for a walk.
Shelly and Buddy start out near the pond with an audience of onlookers just inside the garage in the barn (you’ll see their proximity at the end of the video). As they pass near the pavilion, Suzanne and Toby can be seen hanging out at their car between the pavilion and the line of pine trees.
Nina and Dan join in a parallel walk up and down the driveway, about 75′ away from Shelly. Buddy keeps a wary eye on Nina and Dan throughout their walk, sometimes stopping to stare, but with a little encouragement he regains his focus and continues on. On the 2nd lap, Nina and Dan move closer to Shelly and Buddy, and more visible because they’re on the other side of the trees.
They manage to get by the barn and back to the car without incident. (Best viewed in HD, the video is jumpy because of the distance the camerman has to maintain from the subjects.)
Buddy goes back into his house on wheels, near the road but cool under the trees.
